• All vehicles listed on our website are pre-owned and may have been previously used.
• We strive to provide accurate information regarding vehicle specifications, condition, pricing, and availability. However, errors or omissions may occur.

3. Inspection & Responsibility

• Customers are strongly advised to physically inspect the vehicle and verify all details before making a purchase.

4. Ownership & Documentation

• We ensure that all vehicles sold have valid and verified ownership documents to the best of our knowledge.
• The buyer is responsible for completing the ownership transfer process as per RTO regulations.
• Any delay in documentation caused by third parties (RTO, banks, previous owners) is beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

• Full or partial payment must be made as agreed at the time of purchase.
• Payment once made is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to cancel any transaction due to non-payment or suspicious activity.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchange offers are subject to vehicle condition, market value, and inspection by our team.
• Final valuation may differ after physical inspection.

7. Refinance & Loan Assistance

• We may assist customers in arranging vehicle loans or refinancing through third-party financial institutions.
• Loan approvals, interest rates, and terms are solely decided by the respective financial institutions.
• Sikkim Auto Mart is not responsible for loan rejection or changes in terms.

8. Accessories Sales

• Accessories sold are subject to availability and manufacturer warranties (if applicable).
• Installation services, if provided, are done with due care; however, we are not liable for manufacturer defects.

9. Warranty & Liability

• Unless explicitly stated, all vehicles are sold on an “as-is” basis without any warranty.
• Sikkim Auto Mart shall not be liable for any mechanical failure, damage, or loss occurring after the sale.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from vehicle use.
